«Oshmyany cheese-making plant» branch of OJSC «Lida milk plant» is a modern and highly productive enterprise, the production of which is regulated by control systems: СТБ ИСО 22000-2006, STB ISO 9001-2015, HACCP (STB 1470-2012), STB ISO 14001-2017, STB 18001-2009. More than 90% of food products are exported.

Two automated production lines make it possible to produce up to 20 tons of cheese per day of the most varied assortment - from 10 to 90 days of maturation, from 20 to 50 percent fat in dry matter. The cheese is produced both in bulk and from the bed. At the same time, the incoming raw materials are processed in a timely manner in their production.

During the technological process, only high-quality ingredients and packaging materials that have passed certification and hygienic registration are used, as well as starter cultures of direct deep-freezing.

The management systems operating at the enterprise are aimed at meeting the requirements of the current technical legal acts by all structural units of the plant together, as one whole organism.
