A formal opening of CKD (completely knocked-down) car assembly plant of CJSC “BELGEE” carrying out full-cycle works, namely welding, painting and assembly, took place on November 7, 2017.
New plant is situated between Borisov and other industrial city – Zhodino – and occupies an area of 118 ha. More than 1 300 people joined the staff of the new plant.
Car production capacity is up to 60000 cars per year taking into account possibility of further increase in production capacity.
